League Coordinators can use this form to report any issues with the school gym or leagues (ie: locked out, lights burned out, dirty floors, basketball hoops down etc.)

If you are locked out and your gym is monitored by Garda, please call (613) 563-0685. Unfortunately, If your gym is monitored by the school custodian, there is nothing we can do, other than submit a report to the school board.
